Refund Policy

We accept requests for eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days after delivery. New, unused merchandise may qualify when you change your mind or select the wrong item. We also assist with products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

Email bigofale55@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will review the request and provide the approved return address. The General mailing address is not automatically a returns warehouse.

Labels, exchanges, and fees

A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee. Eligible exchanges depend on approval and available inventory.

Refund timing

After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
